How many families allow their children to have situations where they can have sex?

One news story 7 persons of the same family are accused of sex with minor children. Children are being brought up that sex is the same as kissing? Is that about the way it goes? From the news I see that is my interpretation.. There are so many sex offenders ! Will this be the next COOL thing having child sex? It appears to be occurring! what wil the next generation be doing? Rational answers please. I consider and so should you the possible implications or will it become a normal relationship.

Far too many sad to say.Parents this day and time have forgotten what it is like to be a horny teen and bury their heads up their @'s and ignore the obvious.Or they are too busy and/or too lazy to supervise their kids.
