One of my friends is thinking about having sex. She is too young, what should I do?

Alright, so one of my BEST friends has been talking to me about how she really wants "to do it". We are only in the 7th grade. Me and my other friends have tried to tell her she should wait, and how its not safe to do it so young. She said she's planning on doing it this weekend, when one of her guy friends comes to her house for a "research project". Her parents will be at work, so she'll be all alone. I'm freaking out. I've tried talking her out of it, and even told her to talk to a counselor or someone. But she told me not to tell anyone, because she feels like shes ready. But I know shes to young. I'm jsut scared, and I dont want her to do something to her body she'll regret later. PLEASE HELP! Thank you!

she is not too young. My daughter is in 6th grade and we started her on birth control a few months ago
